Deconstructing Inspectah Deck’s Verse On Wu-Tang Clan’s “Triumph” | Check The Rhyme

Back in 1997, Wu-Tang Clan dropped “Triumph” as the lead single for their sophomore album Wu-Tang Forever. The RZA-produced “Triumph” kicks off with an iconic verse from Inspectah Deck, featuring a complex rhyme scheme that is often cited as one of the best rap verses of all time.
