Kanye West Talks Collaborative Album with Drake, Fashion, Disloyalty to Dame Dash & Being Inspired Again

The last time Kanye West was on Power 105.1 which was about a year ago, things didn’t go so well. The designated Power 105.1 bully and 1/3 of The Breakfast Club Charlamagne Tha God didn’t hold any punches back when it came to criticizing Ye for his rants, antics and behavior in the public sphere. Kanye left that interview very frustrated and ended up at Sway In The Morning later on where he had his now infamous “You Ain’t Got The Answers Sway” moment.

Since then Charlamagne has continued to get on Ye for his antics, even as recent as Monday, he criticized him for his Grammy foolishness.

But that was then, this is now.

Toady while on Power 105.1, listeners and The Breakfast Club themselves were pleasantly surprised to hear a very different and more humble Kanye.

He admitted that what he did at the Grammys was silly, especially when he hadn’t even heard Beck’s album, even with his admittance of that though, he still feels the Grammys doesn’t give enough rap recognition to urban acts.

Recently he had a conversation with Taylor Swift who happened to be playing Beck album while they were talking and Kanye said he liked the album.

Other things he addressed in the interview was when Jay-Z and Dame Dash had parted was, he chose to go with Jay even though Dame was the one that introduced him to the world. He admits that it was disloyal but Jay was his idol and he felt that was the best move for his career at the time.

Nowadays he and Dame’s relationship is much better, they’re even getting into business together to start putting out some film projects.

Of course he couldn’t go through the whole interview without talking about Amber Rose’s comments when she was on the morning show earlier in the week where she called Kim Kardashian fake and then later getting into a Twitter war with Khloe.

He said Amber is just soaking up the moment, since in all honesty if Kanye had met Kim before Amber, there would be no Amber Rose, we would’ve never known her. He jokingly said Kim Kardashian, made him shower 100 times before doing the nasty with him, after coming from Amber.

I’m sure Amber is going to fore back soon.

West also addressed the alleged relationship between Tyga and Kylie Jenner, sort of confirming both are in a relationship, contrary to what T-Raw told DJ Envy, Angela Yee and Charlamagne Tha God a few days ago.

Towards the end of the interview, Kanye left us with a little gem in the form of a possible collaborative album between himself and Drake. He said they talked about it a while back, but then Game Of Thrones happened and Drake went on to record numerous tracks with Lil Wayne which eventually lead to the Drake vs Lil Wayne tour.

Kanye sounds as if he’s still up for doing this project, so lets see what happens.

All in all everyone one was pleased with this interview and Kanye’s new attitude.
