Finally, things have taken a turn for the better with Meek Mill, Everyone’s been rooting for his release, from Slovanian Olympic athletes to the 76ers owner Michael Rubin, who picked up the Philly rapper from prison.
Meek Mill took to social media to express his appreciation for the support from his fans and supporters, of which he has many.
He thanked Jay-Z and the Roc Nation team, Desiree Perez, Michael Rubin, who’s stood alongside him throughout his sentence as well as the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
“To the Philly District Attorney’s office, I’m grateful for your commitment to justice.
I understand that many people of color across the country don’t have that luxury and I plan to use my platform to shine a light on those issues.” He wrote on Twitter.
