Beyoncé’s Formation Tour has created numerous special moments since it started, because the show is just that amazing. Besides that, amazing people showing to show as well which inevitably creates amazing moments.
DJ Khaled who’s been the opener for the tour, has been bring on dozens of guest performances from state to state. While in NYC, Khaled gave us one of the best Hip Hop moments of 2016 when he reunited Jay Z, Ja Rule, and DMX 17 years after the original Murder Inc. was set to take the genre by storm. Do ya remember those days when NYC was killing everything?
They appeared together on the “Murdergram” track and again on “It’s Murda.” We remember Ja Rule featured on Hova’s single “Can I Get A…” DMX on “Money, Cash, Hoes,” Jay Z featured on DMX’s “Blackout.”
Today’s Hip Hop landscape may have been very different if Irv Gotti’s vision had came to pass. Nonetheless, it’s dope to see these 3 share a a moment after so many years.
