Previously Irv Gotti talked about Jay Z and Dame Dash not believing in DMX and why DMX hated Jay Z, now he returns to talk about the inevitable topic of 50 Cent. According to Irv, the type of records Ja Rule was making at the time made him vulnerable for an attack from someone like 50 Cent. He went on to share a rare story on his original plan to transition to becoming an artist, as he planned to use the Puffy and Biggie route – working as Ja Rule’s artist in 2003.
Honestly if that was the plan, the annihilation would have been even worse, there was no stopping 50 Cent during that period, it was just his time.
Truth be told, Ja Rule may have been alright if he didn’t involve Eminem by talking about his daughter, that was the nail in his coffin.
