Lets just chalk this week up as another “L” for Meek Mill, as if Drake selling more records than him this week wasn’t bad enough, the 6 God also managed to hit platinum status this week for as well with his mixtape-turned-album If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late.
This week the album almost reached 8,000 copies and streams which pushed it to a total of 1.06 million copies, making it the first million-selling album released in 2015.
Drake could end up doing this again this year since his official album “Views From The 6,” his most anticipated to date, is scheduled to touch down in September.
