Tomorrow World Cancelled For 2016

he three-day event asked fans to "cherish the magnificent memories" and claimed that this is not its final farewell.

Tomorrowland’s US extension began in 2013, landing in its unlikely home of Chattahoochee Hills in Georgia, a ways outside of Atlanta. SFX’s slow but steady demise over the past few months left TomorrowWorld’s future uncertain, but with the small city’s immense support for the festival (thanks to massive economic stimulation it brought in), it seemed as though there might be hope for life beyond SFX ownership.

Unfortunately, TomorrowWorld took to its official social pages to announce that the September festival will not be returning in 2016. The three-day event asked fans to “cherish the magnificent memories” and claimed that this is not its final farewell.

I’m actually not surprised by this at all, I attended the Tomorrow World last and it was an absolute disaster. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong, from transportation, parking to organization, it was a big mess.

After the event, Tomorrow World to it’s social media channels to apologize but festival goers were not pleased, this plus SFX’s dismantling made Tomorrow World fate certain.
