A few months ago, a teaser for the 2Pac biopic All Eyez On Me surfaced, now that we’re getting closer to the release date of the film, we now have an official movie trailer. In the trailer, we get a glimpse of Pac’s early life, how he was influenced by the Black Panthers, goals he had for his community, his Death Row days and his demise.
ALL EYEZ ON ME chronicles the life and legacy of Tupac Shakur, including his rise to superstardom as a hip hop artist, actor, poet, and activist, as well as his imprisonment and prolific, controversial time at Death Row Records. Against insurmountable odds, Shakur rose to become a cultural icon whose career and persona both continue to grow long after his passing.
Directed by Benny Boom and Produced by LT Hutton. Starring Demetrius Shipp Jr. as Tupac Shakur. Also starring Danai Gurira, Annie Ilonzeh, Jamal Woolard, Dominic L. Santana, Kat Graham and Jamie Hector. In theaters everywhere June 16, 2017.
